Terms and Conditions For ALL Clients
When Booking Appointments with Zarina at Moonlite Crystals.

Please make sure you are certain that you do want to commit to an appointment ahead of making a booking at Moonlite Crystals.

All bookings made for any services require a £30 cash deposit on booking for all clients.*

For all clients, should you wish to book an appointment with Zarina which requires longer than 2 hours, you will need to pay the full amount in cash in advance on the day you make the booking.
All advance payments and deposits are non-refundable; any cancellations require 24 hours notice.

(For all clients, all queries regarding cancellations and rescheduling will need to be made during business hours;

Business hours are Tuesday to Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm).

Failure to contact us regarding a cancellation in the required timeframe above will also result in the deposit and appointment slot being forfeited and in some cases the full payment of the missed appointment to be made before a new appointment can be booked.


For all clients, if you cancel within these terms, a new booking can be re-arranged for you within 30 days, in line with Zarina’s availability, however if you cancel again then the advance payment will be forfeited without an alternative appointment.
Should you wish to make a booking in the future you will be required to pay the advance non-refundable payment once again and the same terms then apply on your new booking.

For all services that require ongoing and regular appointments, the £30 initial payment forms a rolling deposit. For example, a treatment course of 6 sessions at £50 per session would require the following payments:

£30 deposit on booking, £50 on the first appointment and on each of the subsequent 4 appointments. The final session would only require the balance of £20 to be paid.

Training and Workshops and Retreats will need to be paid in full on the day of making the booking.
For this you will be required to give 72 hours notice if you need to make any alterations to your booking. All monies paid are non-refundable, however if 72 hours notice is given in the time frames above, then a new training or workshop day can be made within the 30 days in line with Zarina’s availability. For retreats, a new booking can be made within 6 months in line with Zarina’s availability.
If you are unable to reschedule within the relevant timeframes, you can arrange a new date but full payment will be required.

In the unlikely event that Zarina is unable to hold the training/workshop/retreat on the date you have booked, you will be offered an alternative date. If you prefer, a full refund will be offered.

Please note that any accommodation booked for an overnight retreat is non-refundable and non-transferable. Therefore, in the event that you wish to cancel and reschedule the retreat, this will incur additional accommodation costs.

The same applies for services such as House Clearances and Blessings.

No audio or video recordings of therapies, readings, or any services are permitted at Moonlite Crystals unless authorised by Zarina


If you wish to make a booking online, please call the shop or email us to confirm the available slot and then please visit our website (www.moonlitecrystals.co.uk) where you will need to pay the full amount online before receiving confirmation of your booking.
You will receive a confirmation email once this is confirmed.
All fees are non-refundable, and subject to the conditions above.
Failure to pay the fees within 24 hours of booking will result in the appointment slot being released.

*Fees for services may change in the future, at the discretion of Moonlite Crystals.
By booking for services at Moonlite Crystals, you are agreeing to all of the above terms and conditions.
